Vox Royalty holds gold stream on Los Filos as Equinox secures land deals

Vox Royalty Corp. (NASDAQ: VOXR) issued an update on its gold offtake-stream at the Los Filos gold mine in Guerrero, Mexico, following Equinox Gold Corp.'s announcement that it signed 20-year land access agreements with the three communities hosting the mine.

Equinox announced on June 25, 2026, that it reached agreements with the communities of Carrizalillo, Mezcala, and Xochipala, covering surface access, labor, and supply services. The agreements allow Equinox to begin planning a phased restart of heap leach operations and advance technical and engineering studies for potential expansion.

Vox holds an offtake-stream entitling it to purchase 50% of gold production from Los Filos, capped at 1,100,000 ounces. Approximately 512,000 ounces had been delivered to prior holders of the offtake rights as of December 31, 2024, leaving roughly 588,000 ounces of remaining delivery capacity. Vox acquired the stream in September 2025 as part of the Global Gold Portfolio acquisition.

Based on a June 30, 2022 estimate, Los Filos contains mineral reserves of 5.4 million ounces of gold, measured and indicated mineral resources of 7.9 million ounces, and inferred mineral resources of 3.2 million ounces. Equinox is conducting technical and engineering studies to assess options including construction of a carbon-in-leach processing facility. The 2022 Technical Report used a gold price assumption of $1,450 per ounce.

Kyle Floyd, CEO of Vox, said a restart "has the potential to unlock annual deliveries of up to ~140,000 ounces under Vox's offtake-stream, based on Equinox's annual production target of 280,000 ounces at Los Filos."

Restart activities include environmental remediation, permitting, workforce rehiring, and supplier contract negotiations. The timing and volume of future deliveries to Vox remain subject to Equinox's restart decisions, permitting, and other factors.
