MBody AI plans expansion to 11 U.S. states and enters Canada

June 29, 2026 8:35 AM EDT

Check-Cap Ltd. (NASDAQ: MBAI) announced that MBody AI Corp., a party to a pending business combination with Check-Cap, is expanding its U.S. service-robotics operations and has initiated its first deployment in Canada.

MBody AI currently operates in nine U.S. states: Nevada, New Jersey, Connecticut, Iowa, Missouri, Michigan, Massachusetts, Louisiana, and Mississippi. The company plans to add California and Florida in July 2026, bringing its total U.S. presence to 11 states.

In Canada, MBody AI has appointed a general manager and launched a 30-day pilot in Ontario, deploying its Orchestrator platform alongside two types of service robots in live operations.

The Orchestrator platform is described as a centralized software and service platform designed to coordinate autonomous robotic operations, manage multi-robot deployments, and provide AI-driven fleet performance data.

"Reaching eleven states and entering Canada shows how the Orchestrator platform scales across new markets," said John Fowler, Chief Executive Officer of MBody AI. "The value of Orchestrator compounds with each deployment."

The proposed merger between Check-Cap and MBody AI has been approved by shareholders of both companies and remains on track to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Nasdaq completed its initial review of the listing application in April 2026, though any listing and commencement of trading remain subject to Nasdaq approval.
