Bitmine reports 5.7 million ETH holdings, total assets of $9.8B

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 5,700,040 Ethereum tokens as of June 28, 2026, representing 4.7% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens, according to a company press release.

At a price of $1,569 per ETH, the company's Ethereum holdings are valued at approximately $8.9 billion. Combined with total cash and marketable securities of $555 million, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, a $74 million stake in Eightco Holdings, and 206 Bitcoin, the company reported total holdings of $9.8 billion.

Bitmine said 4,879,157 of its ETH tokens are currently staked, valued at $7.7 billion. The company said annualized staking revenues are projected at $211 million, with a potential $246 million when ETH holdings are fully staked through its MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) platform and staking partners.

On June 26, Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap Index as part of the index's annual reconstitution. The company also completed a preferred stock offering on June 10, selling 3,500,000 shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at $80.00 per share, generating net proceeds of approximately $273.8 million. The preferred shares trade on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP with dividends scheduled to be paid weekly.

"Over the past week, we acquired 27,084 ETH. We continue to maintain a steady pace of accumulation throughout 2026," said Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.

According to Fundstrat data cited in the release, Bitmine ranked 240th among U.S.-listed stocks by five-day average daily dollar trading volume at $643 million, as of June 26, 2026.
