Roadzen posts 42% revenue jump in Q4 as annual sales hit $55M

Roadzen Inc. (Nasdaq: RDZN) reported fourth-quarter revenue of $16.1 million for the period ended March 31, 2026, up 42% year-over-year and 12% sequentially, according to a company press release. Full-year fiscal 2026 revenue rose 24% to $55.0 million from $44.3 million in fiscal 2025.

The net loss attributable to ordinary shareholders for the full year narrowed to $22.5 million, or $0.29 per share, from $72.9 million, or $1.04 per share, in fiscal 2025. The fourth-quarter net loss was $7.3 million, or $0.09 per share. Total operating expenses for fiscal 2026 fell 34% to $69.0 million from $105.1 million the prior year.

Adjusted EBITDA loss, a non-GAAP measure, narrowed to $0.4 million in the fourth quarter from $1.6 million in the year-ago quarter. The full-year adjusted EBITDA loss improved to $3.5 million from $8.4 million in fiscal 2025, marking seven consecutive quarters of sequential improvement. Gross margin for the full year rose to 61.3% from 57.5%.

Total assets as of March 31, 2026, were $52.7 million, with cash and cash equivalents of $6.6 million. Total liabilities stood at $79.2 million. The company reduced short-term borrowings by approximately 60% to $7.8 million while extending its $11.5 million senior secured facility with Mizuho Securities USA LLC to July 2027. Shares outstanding totaled approximately 79.7 million.

During the fiscal year, Roadzen acquired majority control of EliteCover, a U.S. commercial auto insurance broker, in December 2025, and agreed to acquire VehicleCare, a vehicle repair platform in India, in January 2026. The VehicleCare transaction valued Roadzen's India subsidiary at approximately $277 million.

The company said it has secured more than $30 million in new annual revenue commitments in the first quarter of fiscal 2027, including contracts across insurance, fleet, and OEM segments. Roadzen was also added to the Russell 2000 and Russell 3000 indices in the semi-annual rebalance.
