T1 Energy Inc. (NYSE: TE) announced that its publicly traded warrants and private warrants will expire on July 9, 2026, pursuant to the terms of an amended and restated warrant agreement dated July 7, 2021.
As of March 31, 2026, approximately 14.8 million public warrants and approximately 9.8 million private warrants were outstanding. Each warrant was exercisable for one share of common stock at a price of $11.50 per share.
The public warrants, which traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "TE WS," will cease trading before markets open on July 9, 2026, to allow for timely settlement of any warrants exercised prior to expiration. The company's warrant agent has established a one trading day broker protect period for trades that occurred through the expiration date.
The NYSE has confirmed it intends to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to effect the delisting of the public warrants and their deregistration under Section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
The company's common stock will continue to trade on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "TE."
