Cantor Fitzgerald analyst Jonathan Ruykhaver reiterated an Overweight rating and $725.00 price target on CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD).
The analyst commented, "Revenue beat consensus by 1.7%, up from the 0.1% miss in F1Q26; ARR beat by ~0.1%, slightly weaker than the 0.4% and 0.5% beats in the prior two F1Qs. NNARR of $256M grew 32% y/y and exceeded consensus by ~$3M. More importantly, management raised FY27 NNARR guidance by ~ $52M at the midpoint (~520 bps), citing a record Q2 pipeline and accelerating AI-driven demand. Emerging products continued to scale, with Next-Gen SIEM ARR exceeding $600M and Cloud, Next-Gen Identity and Next-Gen SIEM combined surpassing $2B in ending ARR with record Q1 NNARR from the group. Module adoption rates of 51%/35%/25% for 6+/7+/8+ modules reflect platform consolidation. Ending AIDR ARR grew >250% q/q off a small base, and management said the Q2 pipeline is >$50M. They also described AIDR as a larger long term opportunity than EDR."
