Keurig Dr Pepper controller to retire after coffee and beverage business separation

Angela Stephens, Senior Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. (NASDAQ: KDP), has informed the company of her intention to retire following the completion of the planned separation of its coffee and beverage businesses.

Stephens, who has served as the company's controller for nearly 18 years, will work with leadership to establish controller functions for each of the two new independent publicly traded companies ahead of her departure.

The separation of Keurig Dr Pepper's coffee and beverage businesses was previously announced. Stephens notified the company of her retirement plans on June 22, 2026.
