BlackBerry shareholders elect eight directors at annual meeting

BlackBerry Limited (NYSE: BB, TSX: BB) announced that shareholders elected eight directors at the company's annual and special meeting held June 25, 2026, in Waterloo, Ontario.
All eight nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated May 1, 2026, were elected to serve until BlackBerry's next annual shareholder meeting or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The vote results were as follows: Barry Mainz received 98.99% of votes for; Lori O'Neill received 98.94%; Philip Brace received 96.91%; Lisa Disbrow received 95.69%; John J. Giamatteo received 95.70%; Wayne Wouters received 95.13%; Lisa Bahash received 85.58%; and Richard Lynch received 84.38%.
