Saia Inc. (NASDAQ: SAIA) announced the launch of Saia REV, a company-wide initiative aimed at improving transit times, shipment visibility, and logistics capabilities for customers across North America.
REV, which stands for Rapid, Expanded and Visible, includes more than 2,000 transit time improvements across Saia's network. The changes are designed to reduce service windows on key lanes, including shifts from five-day to four-day service and four-day to three-day service in select corridors.
As part of the initiative, Saia has automated its Guaranteed 10 a.m. delivery service, which the company claims is the earliest standard guaranteed morning delivery window offered by any nationwide less-than-truckload (LTL) carrier. The company is also introducing a unified expedited service for time-sensitive shipments.
Saia is rolling out a new track-and-trace platform offering real-time shipment tracking, updated estimated arrival times, and integrated communication tools. The platform is designed to provide visibility from pickup through final delivery, along with predictive insights for accessorial needs such as liftgate or limited-access deliveries.
"REV is about giving customers more ways to move freight, faster routes across key lanes, and a better overall shipping experience," said Ray Ramu, Saia's Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer.
The initiative also expands the role of Saia Logistics, formerly known as LinkEx, which was rebranded earlier in 2026. Saia Logistics is adding final mile capabilities including residential delivery, white glove service, room-of-choice delivery, debris removal, and two-person delivery teams.
Saia is headquartered in Johns Creek, Georgia, and operates 218 terminals nationwide.
