Zoomcar extends warrant exchange offer deadline to July 24
Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: ZCAR) has extended the expiration date of its offer to exchange outstanding warrants for shares of common stock, according to a press release from the company.
The offer, previously set to expire at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 30, 2026, will now expire at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on July 24, 2026, unless further extended. The company said the extension is intended to give warrant holders additional time to consider the offer and to allow for the satisfaction of certain conditions, including stockholder approval of an increase in the company's authorized shares of common stock.
Warrants previously tendered and not withdrawn remain valid and do not need to be re-tendered. Holders who have not yet participated, or who previously withdrew their warrants, may still do so by following procedures outlined in the company's Schedule TO and related offer materials filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Tendered warrants may be withdrawn at any time before the offer expires.
All other terms and conditions of the offer remain unchanged. Zoomcar is a peer-to-peer car-sharing marketplace based in Bengaluru, India, founded in 2013.
