IceCure Medical regains Nasdaq minimum bid price compliance

IceCure Medical Ltd. (NASDAQ: ICCM) announced it received written notice from Nasdaq Stock Market LLC on June 18, 2026, confirming the company had regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2), which requires listed securities to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
Nasdaq determined compliance after the closing bid price of IceCure Medical's ordinary shares remained at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, from June 4 to June 17, 2026. Nasdaq considers the bid price deficiency matter closed.
IceCure Medical, based in Caesarea, Israel, develops liquid-nitrogen-based cryoablation systems used to destroy benign and cancerous tumors by freezing.
