Apollomics Inc. (NASDAQ: APLM) received a written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq on June 18, 2026, stating the company is not in compliance with the minimum Market Value of Listed Securities requirement of $35 million for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market under Listing Rule 5550(b)(2).
Nasdaq also indicated that Apollomics does not meet the alternative listing requirements under Rules 5550(b)(1) and 5550(b)(3). The company has 180 calendar days, until December 15, 2026, to regain compliance. The notice has no immediate effect on the listing of its securities, which continue to trade under the symbol "APLM."
In a separate development, Apollomics terminated its Collaboration and License Agreement with Launxp International Co., Ltd., effective June 11, 2026. The termination followed Launxp's failure to cure a material breach of the agreement, specifically its failure to pay a remaining upfront payment balance of $3.8 million plus applicable interest. Under the agreement's terms, all licenses previously granted to Launxp were automatically and immediately terminated.
Following Launxp's public disagreement with the termination, Apollomics initiated the contractually mandated dispute resolution process on June 18, 2026.
