Spruce Power director Ja-chin Audrey Lee resigns from board

Ja-chin Audrey Lee resigned from her position as a director of Spruce Power Holding Corporation (NYSE: SPRU), effective June 17, 2026.

Lee had served as a Class C director, with her term set to expire at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
