The Hershey Company (NYSE: HSY) has appointed Heather Hoytink as President, U.S., effective July 8, 2026, according to a company press release.

"We're thrilled to welcome Heather to Hershey. She's an outstanding people leader with deep customer relationships, the operating discipline to execute at scale and a track record of growth that will accelerate our U.S. business," said Kirk Tanner, President and CEO of The Hershey Company.

Hoytink holds a degree in marketing and communications from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has completed executive education programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Harvard Business School.
