OFA Group launches QikBIM AI platform for commercial use
OFA Group (Nasdaq: OFAL) announced the commercial launch of its QikBIM AI Platform, a subscription-based software-as-a-service product aimed at architects, engineers, developers, and contractors in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry.
The platform, previously available through pilot deployments and industry testing, is now publicly accessible via QikBIM.com, offering a free trial and an unlimited commercial subscription plan.
According to the company, QikBIM uses proprietary artificial intelligence to automate stages of Building Information Modeling production, including generating architectural drawings, structural plans, parametric BIM models, and permit-level documentation. The platform supports Revit, IFC, and DWG export formats and includes automated clash detection.
OFA Group said it plans to introduce Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing generation capabilities in future updates.
"Today's commercial launch transforms QikBIM from an innovative technology into a globally accessible software platform," said Larry Wong, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OFA Group. "Our objective is not simply to improve BIM production — we aim to redefine the speed, efficiency and economics of the entire design workflow."
The subscription model marks a shift in OFA's business approach, moving beyond project-based architectural consulting services toward recurring software revenue. The company said the platform is designed to integrate with existing industry workflows without requiring firms to engage OFA for individual design projects.
