Helus Pharma prices $50M share offering at $4.85 per share

Helus Pharma (Nasdaq: HELP) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 10,309,280 common shares at $4.85 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $50 million.
Cantor and Barclays are acting as joint bookrunning managers for the offering, with Bloom Burton Securities Inc. and Lucid Capital Markets serving as lead managers. The offering is expected to close on June 25, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval from Cboe Canada and notification to the Nasdaq Global Market.
The company said it intends to use net proceeds to advance its HLP003 program for major depressive disorder, for which Phase 3 APPROACH trial data is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026, as well as its HLP004 program for generalized anxiety disorder and its HLP005 program. Remaining proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Helus Pharma, the commercial operating name of Cybin Inc., is a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company developing novel serotonergic agonists. Its HLP003 candidate has received Breakthrough Therapy Designation from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The company operates in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Ireland.
