Clear Secure, Inc. (NYSE: YOU), through its subsidiary Alclear Holdings, LLC, amended its credit agreement on June 23, 2026, with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. serving as administrative agent.
Under the terms of Amendment No. 4 to the Credit Agreement, the company reduced lender commitments from $100 million to $50 million while increasing the letter of credit sublimit from $35 million to $50 million.
The amendment also reduced the applicable margin on term SOFR loans from 2.50% to 1.50% per annum, and on base rate loans from 1.50% to 0.50% per annum. The unused commitment fee was lowered from 0.35% to 0.25% per annum.
The maturity date of the credit agreement was extended from June 28, 2026, to June 23, 2031. The amendment also reclassifies certain existing letters of credit under the revolving credit facility's letter of credit sublimit.
