Eldorado Gold elects nine directors at 2026 annual meeting

Eldorado Gold Corporation (NYSE: EGO) elected nine directors at its annual meeting of shareholders held June 23, 2026, in Vancouver, British Columbia, according to a company statement.
All director nominees listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated May 7, 2026, were approved. The nine elected directors are Carissa Browning, George Burns, Teresa Conway, Samantha Espley, Sally Eyre, Patrick Godin, Judith Mosely, Daniel Myerson, and Steven Reid.
Patrick Godin joined the board as a new member, replacing outgoing directors Stephen Walker and Hussein Barma. Godin has more than 40 years of experience in the mining industry, including executive roles in mine construction, operations, and safety.
Vote totals varied among directors. Browning received the lowest share of votes in favor at 80.46%, while Godin and Myerson received the highest at 99.88% and 99.86%, respectively.
Shareholders also approved the appointment of independent auditors, authorized the board to set auditor compensation, and passed an advisory resolution on executive compensation.
