FirstService Residential hires SVP to lead Colorado expansion

FirstService Residential, a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ: FSV) (TSX: FSV), has appointed Amy Bazinet as senior vice president to oversee its expansion into Colorado, according to a company statement.

In her new role, Bazinet will manage operations and client service delivery across the Colorado market. Katie Ward, president of the West region at FirstService Residential, said Bazinet "brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams, elevating service culture, and delivering operational excellence."

Bazinet has more than 15 years of experience in community association management, luxury residential operations, and hospitality. She holds several industry designations, including Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).

Most recently, she served as executive director for a large-scale active adult community, where she oversaw governance, lifestyle programming, and financial performance. She has also held senior leadership positions in association management and hospitality.
