Cushman & Wakefield names two capital markets leaders in APAC

Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) announced two senior leadership appointments to its Global Capital Markets platform, effective June 1, according to a company statement.
Josh Cullen has been named Head of Capital Markets for Asia Pacific, based in Sydney. Cullen has more than 20 years of experience in real estate, including over eight years with Cushman & Wakefield. In his new role, he will focus on institutional investor relationships and regional investment sales activity across Asia Pacific.
Gordon Marsden has assumed the role of Head of Global Capital, APAC & EMEA. Marsden brings over 25 years of real estate experience across advisory, investor relations, capital raising, and brokerage. He will work with in-country teams and cross-border desks to grow client relationships across the two regions, and will also oversee the firm's Global Capital Markets Console tool used by brokerage and advisory teams.
James Young, President of Markets for APAC & EMEA, said the appointments reflect the firm's "continued investment in talent and platform capability" as it pursues its Global Capital Markets strategy.
Cushman & Wakefield employs approximately 53,000 people across more than 350 offices in nearly 60 countries and reported $10.3 billion in revenue in 2025.
