Penguin Solutions joins Nvidia AI Factory Specialized Partner program

Penguin Solutions (NASDAQ: PENG) has been designated as an Nvidia AI Factory Specialized Partner, joining the Nvidia Partner Network's group of invitation-only solution providers, according to a press release from the company.

The designation requires completing Nvidia's training program, maintaining relevant competencies, meeting solution requirements, and demonstrating experience in designing, building, deploying, and operating full-stack, Nvidia-based AI factory infrastructure.

"For over a decade, we have worked closely with Nvidia in delivering and operating AI factories and GPU-based solutions for leading hyperscalers, enterprises, sovereign AI, and neocloud providers," said Kash Shaikh, President and CEO of Penguin Solutions. "This designation validates Penguin's deep capabilities to design, build, deploy, and operate full-stack AI factories at scale."

The Fremont, California-based company cited two recent deployments as examples of its work. Deepgram worked with Penguin to deploy an AI inference platform supporting Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and Voice Agent workloads. Penguin also collaborated with Nvidia and SK Telecom to build the Haein AI Factory in Korea, described as one of the country's larger GPU-as-a-Service clusters.

Penguin's platform includes products it identifies as ClusterWareAI, MemoryAI, ComputeAI, and OriginAI, along with end-to-end services for deploying and managing AI factory environments.
