Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) and Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR) announced a strategic partnership to integrate their respective data and AI platforms, according to a press release issued June 23, 2026.
Under the agreement, Zeta's Data Cloud will be rearchitected on Palantir's Foundry platform. Zeta's AI intelligence layer, Athena by Zeta, will operate within that infrastructure to process enterprise data and support marketing decisions in real time.
Palantir will also support Zeta's go-to-market efforts by providing software infrastructure to help bring Zeta's marketing capabilities to Foundry's existing enterprise customers.
David A. Steinberg, co-founder, chairman and CEO of Zeta Global, said the partnership could "drive more than $100 million in annual revenue to Zeta in the coming years." That figure was characterized as forward-looking and subject to the risks outlined in the company's standard safe harbor disclosures.
Alex Karp, co-founder and CEO of Palantir Technologies, said the companies are using Palantir's Ontology framework to build what he described as "a next generation marketing environment."
The announcement coincided with the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, where representatives from both companies were scheduled to appear on June 23, 2026.
