Navan (NASDAQ: NAVN) announced that Isoplus, a manufacturer of pre-insulated pipe systems headquartered in Rosenheim, Bavaria, has selected its platform to consolidate travel and expense operations across the company.
According to a press release, Isoplus previously had an estimated 25% of travel booked outside its system, resulting in uncontrolled spending. The company's finance team was also processing approximately 6,000 expense reports per year with high manual effort. Isoplus anticipates a 10% reduction in travel spending following the deployment of Navan's platform.
The move follows Navan's existing partnership with the Viessmann Generations Group, the broader corporate group to which Isoplus belongs.
"Navan automates that tedious work and gives us the real-time financial control we need to run a tighter, more efficient business," said Dirk Seibert, Head of Group Legal & HR and Chief Compliance Officer at Isoplus.
Isoplus employs around 1,600 people and operates 10 production sites across more than 30 countries.
