Navan (NASDAQ: NAVN) announced a collaboration with Viessmann Generations Group, a family-owned company founded in 1917, to manage travel and expense operations across the organization.
According to a press release from Navan, Viessmann Generations Group began using the platform in 2023. Before the partnership, the company managed travel and expense processes across multiple tools, with employees facing long support wait times and finance teams handling manual expense processing at month-end.
Alexander Pöllmann, CIO of Viessmann, said the platform consolidated the company's travel and expense management into a single system. "With Navan, we've digitized the entire travel and expense management process and consolidated it into an intuitive platform," he said. "The best proof of its success: We receive virtually no internal support requests for it because the tool is so reliable."
Viessmann Generations Group employees now manage bookings and expenses through Navan's mobile platform. The company said the change has increased transparency and reduced manual effort for its finance team.
In 2024, Viessmann combined its climate solutions business with Carrier Global. The Viessmann Generations Group now operates as a global holding entity focused on strategic investments and partnerships.
