PagerDuty names Eric Prengel as CFO as Howard Wilson retires

PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE: PD) announced that Eric Prengel has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Howard Wilson, who is retiring before the end of the second quarter of fiscal 2027, ending July 31, 2026.
Prengel will oversee finance and business operations at PagerDuty, including finance and accounting functions, global business operations, corporate strategy, corporate development, and investor relations.
Prengel brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, investment banking, and management consulting, having previously held roles at Elastic, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank, Thomas Weisel Partners, and Stern Stewart & Co. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
