Johnson Outdoors names Asad Rahman as new CFO effective June 30

Johnson Outdoors Inc. (NASDAQ: JOUT) announced the appointment of Asad Rahman as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective June 30, 2026.

Rahman, 48, joins from Mars, Incorporated, where he most recently served as Vice President of Finance for Supply Chain, Procurement and R&D since July 2023. Prior to that role, he served as CFO of Kellanova's Away From Home Business Unit from January 2022 through July 2023. He also held various finance positions at S.C. Johnson & Son from 2005 through 2021, most recently as Senior Director overseeing North America FP&A and Sales.

Rahman will also assume the roles of principal accounting and principal financial officer upon his start date. The company said he brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Current CFO David W. Johnson, who announced his intention to retire in March 2026, will step down from his roles on June 30. Johnson is expected to remain an employee through the end of the company's 2026 fiscal year, which concludes October 2, 2026, to assist with the transition.
