Interactive Brokers Group (NASDAQ: IBKR) announced the addition of ChatGPT and Grok to its agentic trading platform, expanding a set of AI integrations that previously included only Claude. The broker also extended support to options, futures, and futures options, adding to existing coverage of equities and ETFs.
Clients can connect their existing IBKR account to ChatGPT, Grok, or Claude at no additional cost through certified AI connector marketplaces. The company states that no passwords or API keys are shared with AI providers during the connection process. Once linked, clients can use natural language to explore portfolios, analyze markets, and generate order instructions. All instructions require client review and approval in a dedicated AI Instructions tab before any order is submitted.
"Adding ChatGPT and Grok, together with support for options and futures, expands the ways clients can securely connect AI tools to Interactive Brokers for research, analysis and execution," said Milan Galik, Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Brokers.
The integrations are available across multiple regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
The new integrations complement existing AI tools within the IBKR platform, which include AI Screeners, Investment Themes, a Connections feature, Ask IBKR, and AI News Summaries.
