Vontier Corporation (NYSE: VNT) has appointed Cameron Richardson as Group President of its Repair Solutions business segment, where he will lead Matco Tools, the company announced.
Richardson brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket and retail sectors. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations at NAPA Auto Parts, where he oversaw the modernization of more than 6,500 stores, including 4,500 franchise retail locations.
"Cameron has a strong background in the automotive aftermarket industry and a commitment to franchisee success," said Mark Morelli, CEO of Vontier. "He has a proven track record in building strong, accountable teams across complex organizations."
In his new role, Richardson will focus on supporting franchisees, deepening customer relationships and investing in personnel at Matco Tools, which operates a network of over 1,900 independent mobile distributors across the United States and Canada.
