GameSquare Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) announced that stockholders approved all proposals at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, held June 18, 2026, in Frisco, TX.
Stockholders voted to elect two Class II members to the board of directors, ratify the appointment of Kreston GTA as the company's independent registered public accounting firm, and approve, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of named executive officers.
Stockholders also approved a merger agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of the company for the purpose of restating its Certificate of Incorporation, a move the company said would streamline its corporate structure.
CEO Justin Kenna commented on the results: "With all proposals passing, our stockholders have enabled a streamlined corporate structure capable of faster decision-making, validated our vision, and ensured we have the flexibility to pursue our strategic growth plan."
Official voting results are being filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and are available at www.sec.gov.
