Quantum Cyber updates shareholders on D.C. meetings and facility deal
Quantum Cyber N.V. (Nasdaq: QUCY) issued a shareholder letter on June 22, 2026, outlining recent government engagements, a pending facility acquisition, and its current financial position.
Chief Executive Officer David Lazar said the company's leadership team traveled to Washington, D.C., where he met with Representative Rich McCormick to discuss homeland security and autonomous defense technology. The delegation also held meetings with senior government officials in cybersecurity and homeland security.
While in the Washington area, the company hosted a conference at Pentagon City with military stakeholders focused on procurement priorities and deployment scenarios related to its System-of-Systems platform.
The company said it is working toward a definitive purchase agreement for a roughly 43,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The subsidiary Quantum Drones Corporation signed a Letter of Intent on June 8, 2026, to acquire the property from Arcade Technology LLC for $3,200,000. The facility is intended to house drone airframe assembly, a 3D-printing production farm, and a filament manufacturing division. The company noted that signing a Letter of Intent does not guarantee the transaction will close.
Quantum Cyber reported receiving over $15 million in warrant exercise proceeds in May 2026. The company said it currently carries no debt and has no exercisable warrants outstanding. Management stated the existing cash position is expected to fund ongoing technology licensing, patent prosecution, and acquisition activity.
