Smurfit Westrock (NYSE: SW) announced that its ordinary shares have been delisted from the London Stock Exchange, effective 8:00 a.m. UK time on June 22, 2026.
The cancellation covers both the secondary listing of its ordinary shares on the equity shares category of the Official List of the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the admission to trading on the LSE's main market for listed securities.
The company's ordinary shares are now solely listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The delisting follows an earlier announcement made on May 20, 2026, according to a statement from the Dublin-based company.
