BlackRock Canada updates risk ratings on three iShares ETFs

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Limited, a subsidiary of BlackRock, Inc. (NYSE: BLK), announced updated investment risk ratings for three iShares exchange-traded funds, effective June 19, 2026.
The iShares India Index ETF (XID) and the iShares 20+ Year U.S. Treasury Bond Index ETF (XTLT) each had their risk ratings lowered from "Medium to High" to "Medium." The rating change for XTLT applies only to the Canadian dollar units and not to the U.S. dollar units (XTLT.U).
The iShares Global Electric and Autonomous Vehicles Index ETF (XDRV) saw its risk rating raised from "Medium to High" to "High."
BlackRock Canada also announced that the iShares Core Canadian Short-Mid Term Universe Bond Index ETF will be renamed "iShares Core Canadian 1-10 Year Bond Index ETF," effective on or about June 30, 2026.
