Motorsport Games names Peter Hansen-Chambers as CFO effective July 1

Motorsport Games Inc. (NASDAQ: MSGM) said Peter Hansen-Chambers will join the company as Chief Financial Officer on July 1, 2026, according to a press release from the Miramar, Fla.-based racing game developer and publisher.

Stanley Beckley, the company's current CFO, will move into a newly created role as Chief Accounting and Compliance Officer on the same date.

Hansen-Chambers has served as Executive Advisor to Motorsport Games since January 2026. He brings close to 20 years of experience in the video games industry, covering commercial strategy, licensing, finance, business development, and mergers and acquisitions across console, PC, and mobile platforms.

From October 2014 to October 2025, Hansen-Chambers worked at mobile games developer Hutch Games Ltd., most recently as Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Hutch when it was a loss-making startup of roughly 20 employees and was part of its growth to more than 170 employees. In 2020, he oversaw the sale of Hutch to Modern Times Group MTG AB for more than $275 million. Prior to Hutch, he held roles at Dovetail Games, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Bugatti, NaturalMotion, and Codemasters.

Chief Executive Officer Stephen Hood said Hansen-Chambers brings "commercial and strategic depth" needed as the company builds new products and revenue opportunities, and thanked Beckley for his contributions as CFO.
