Nexxen (Nasdaq: NEXN) and L2 Data have announced a partnership to launch VoterMatch, a solution that combines Nexxen's log-level advertising data with L2's National Voter File to help political campaigns track which voters have been reached and at what frequency.
According to a press release from the companies, political campaigns currently rely largely on modeled or probabilistic data to infer ad exposure, which can result in over-delivery to some audiences and under-delivery to others. VoterMatch is designed to address this by linking deterministic voter records with demand-side platform data from Nexxen's DSP.
The solution provides campaigns with reach visibility at the voter-modeled level, frequency controls intended to reduce wasted impressions, and optimization inputs to identify under-reached voter segments. Campaigns can then act on these insights directly through the Nexxen DSP.
Grapeseed Media is cited in the announcement as an early client of the product. "By grounding media delivery in L2's deterministic voter data and pairing it with Nexxen's transparent, log-level insights, campaigns can make smarter decisions, ensuring critical audiences aren't missed or oversaturated," said G. Tyler Barnet, Chief Operating Officer at Grapeseed Media.
Nexxen is headquartered in Israel and maintains offices across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. L2 Data provides voter and consumer data to political campaigns and advocacy organizations.
