Skillz rebrands to Firy Inc

Skillz Inc. (NYSE: SKLZ) changed its corporate name to Firy Inc. on June 18, 2026, according to a company statement.

In connection with the name change, the company plans to present information at its 2026 annual stockholder meeting. The presentation is set to be posted to the investor relations website at investors.firy.com before the start of the annual meeting.
