Nasdaq has notified Smart Digital Group Limited (NASDAQ: SDM) that its securities will be delisted from the exchange on June 24, 2026, unless the company appeals to a Listing Qualifications Hearings Panel, according to a statement from Nasdaq (NASDAQ: NDAQ).
Trading in Smart Digital Group's ordinary shares has been halted since October 11, 2025, following a temporary trading suspension imposed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Nasdaq said it determined it was appropriate to use its authority under rule IM-5101-4 to proceed with the delisting.
The securities will remain halted and unavailable for trading until any appeal is resolved. If the company is removed from Nasdaq, its securities may become eligible for trading on the over-the-counter market.
