The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT) announced it has joined the ServiceNow Partner Program as a Consulting and Implementation partner, combining its Hackett AI XPLR™ tool with the ServiceNow AI Platform to help enterprises identify and prioritize AI investment opportunities.
The partnership is designed to help organizations assess AI initiatives based on expected business impact, implementation complexity, and existing technology investments. Hackett AI XPLR™ evaluates opportunities within the context of an organization's existing processes, automation footprint, and data readiness before scaling execution through the ServiceNow AI Platform.
The combined offering targets use cases including employee experience improvements, customer service workflow optimization, operational cost reduction, and workforce productivity.
"Organizations are investing billions of dollars in AI, yet many still lack a clear understanding of where those investments will create the greatest business value," said Ted A. Fernandez, Chairman and CEO of The Hackett Group. "AI transformation is client-specific and process-first, not technology-led."
The Hackett Group is based in Miami and provides AI transformation consulting services. Its benchmarking data draws from clients that include 98% of Dow Jones Global Titans, 97% of the Dow Jones Industrials, and 90% of the Fortune 100, according to the company.
