Palantir CFO David Glazer joins Playlist's board of directors

Playlist, the parent company of fitness and wellness platforms Mindbody, ClassPass, Booker, EGYM, and Kite, has appointed David Glazer, Chief Financial Officer of Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR), to its board of directors, according to a company statement.

Glazer joined Palantir in 2013 and has held leadership roles across finance and legal, becoming CFO in 2020. Before Palantir, he was a corporate securities attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he advised technology companies on IPOs, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He holds a B.A. from Santa Clara University and a J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

The appointment follows Playlist's recently completed merger with EGYM. Fritz Lanman, CEO and Co-Founder of Playlist, cited Glazer's experience scaling Palantir as relevant to the company's current stage.
