Sabre deploys agentic AI platform with Linex Travel

June 17, 2026 9:02 AM EDT

Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR) announced a technology deployment with Linex Travel, formerly Ultra Group, to bring agentic artificial intelligence into the company's travel loyalty and servicing operations, according to a press release dated June 17, 2026.

The deployment centers on Sabre's Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, which enables autonomous AI agents to manage post-booking processes including ticket reissues, dynamic exchanges, and servicing updates. These tasks have traditionally required manual, multi-step intervention.

Ultra Group was acquired by Linex Capital, a New York-based private equity firm focused on the loyalty and rewards sectors. The company now operates as Linex Travel under the Linex Loyalty umbrella. Linex Travel currently serves more than 30 bank clients across 12 countries in Latin America, with offices in Colombia, Panama, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador.

The Sabre Mosaic platform will serve as the underlying technology for Linex Travel's planned expansion into a loyalty redemption marketplace targeting international banking and financial institutions.

"True innovation is about putting production-grade AI into the heart of mission-critical travel workflows," said Garry Wiseman, President of Product and Engineering at Sabre.

Andres Peláez, CEO of Linex Travel and board member of Linex Loyalty, said the partnership positions the company to "seamlessly apply agentic AI to flatten operational friction today, while building a scalable, and secure marketplace capable of serving the world's largest loyalty ecosystems."

Sabre said a growing number of customers are testing and moving into production with MCP-enabled use cases across operational and customer-facing applications.
