Amentum wins $77M GSA contract for Indo-Pacific supply chain

Amentum (NYSE: AMTM) has been awarded a $77 million, 60-month firm-fixed price contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide supply chain logistics support for the Pentagon and other federal customers operating in Japan under the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM).

The contract covers end-to-end supply chain management for U.S. military installations in the region, including demand forecasting, procurement, transportation, inventory management, and delivery. Amentum said it will incorporate AI tools into the program to support demand planning, forecasting, and catalog management.

"Amentum's new relationship with the GSA is a natural fit given our unique global supply chain reach, forward-positioned operational capability and expeditionary sustainment," said Dr. Karl Spinnenweber, president of Amentum's Mission Solutions business.

Amentum is headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, and employs approximately 50,000 people across more than 70 countries.
