Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) announced that its customer engagement platform, EngageLab, participated in the Super AI 2026 summit held in Singapore on June 10 and 11, 2026, according to a company press release.
The event drew more than 10,000 attendees, including business leaders and technology professionals. EngageLab operated a booth in what the company described as a core area of the venue, attracting visitors from the finance, e-commerce, and telecommunications sectors.
During the summit, EngageLab presented a customer service demonstration zone where attendees could interact with its LiveDesk platform, which the company says uses AI to handle multilingual inquiries and transfer conversation context to human agents when needed.
The company outlined three industry use cases discussed during the event. A Malaysian telecommunications company with approximately 3 million customers was shown how AI-driven tools could divert more than 70% of routine inquiries. A Thai bank was presented with a WhatsApp-integrated approach aimed at improving customer engagement rates. A Southeast Asian restaurant chain was shown a configuration in which a single AI agent handles both customer service and promotional functions.
EngageLab is a product of Aurora Mobile, which was founded in 2011 and describes itself as a provider of customer engagement and marketing technology services. The company's platform integrates omnichannel messaging, AI-driven marketing, customer support, and identity security tools.
