Libra Energy Materials Inc. (CSE: LIBR) (OTCQB: LIBRF) (FSE: W0R0) has appointed Dr. Jérémie Pfister as Vice President of Exploration, effective immediately, according to a company statement.

Dr. Pfister holds a PhD in pegmatite ore deposit geology from Laurentian University and a BSc in Geology from the University of Arizona. He specializes in hard-rock lithium systems and rare-metal pegmatites, with experience on critical minerals projects in Canada, Brazil, Suriname, and the United States.

Dr. Pfister previously served on Libra's Advisory Board and joined Nemo Resource Group, a Canadian consulting firm that supports Libra's Canadian exploration team, in early 2026. Before that, he served as Geology Manager at Targa Exploration. He was first engaged by Libra as a Technical Advisor in late 2025.

Ben Kuzmich, the outgoing Vice President of Exploration and a co-founder of the company, will remain with Libra in a Technical Advisor role. CEO Koby Kushner credited Kuzmich with co-founding the company and contributing to discoveries at its SBC and Flanders South projects.

Libra's Flanders North, Flanders South, and SBC lithium projects in Ontario are being explored under a CAD $33 million earn-in agreement with KoBold Metals Company. The company also holds full ownership of four critical mineral projects in Ontario and Quebec and 30 projects in Brazil.
