Natera board expands to 12 with appointment of Thomas Lynch

Natera, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRA) announced that its Board of Directors has increased its size from eleven to twelve members and appointed Thomas Lynch as a director, effective June 2, 2026.
Lynch will serve as a Class I director, with an initial term expiring at the 2028 annual meeting of stockholders. The board determined that Lynch qualifies as an independent director under the Securities Act of 1933 and the listing standards of the Nasdaq Stock Market.
Lynch has been appointed to the Human Capital Committee of the board. According to the company's statement, no arrangement or understanding exists between Lynch and any other persons in connection with his election as a director.
