Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE: MA) held its annual stockholder meeting, during which shareholders voted on several key matters.
A full slate of 11 directors was elected to one-year terms expiring at the next annual meeting. Stockholders also approved executive compensation on an advisory basis and ratified PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for 2026.
Two stockholder proposals were put to a vote, and neither received approval from stockholders.
Final voting results will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a Form 8-K when available.
