AT&T names Jennifer Biry as next CFO after Desroches retirement

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced that Pascal Desroches will retire as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective December 31, 2026, according to a company statement.

The company appointed Jennifer Biry as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, effective July 6, 2026. Biry will assume the CFO title on January 1, 2027.

Biry, 52, most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of McAfee since 2022. Before that, she held senior roles at AT&T in finance, sales, and strategy beginning in 1999, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of WarnerMedia, then an AT&T subsidiary, from 2020 to 2022.

The company disclosed that Biry's stepdaughter is employed by an AT&T subsidiary. The employee's approximate annual gross compensation, including incentive awards, was $141,090 in 2025, which AT&T stated is comparable to compensation for similar positions at the company.
