NOVA Minerals completes move from Australia to US, lists on NYSE American

Nova Minerals Corp has completed its redomiciliation from Australia to the United States, effective June 16, 2026, according to a company press release.



The company's shares of common stock and warrants are expected to begin trading on NYSE American under the ticker symbols NYSE American: NVA and NYSE American: NVAWS on or about June 17, 2026.



Nova Minerals will now be subject to reporting requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and applicable corporate governance rules and continued listing requirements of NYSE American. The company said further details regarding the redomiciliation will be available in a Current Report on Form 8-K to be filed with the SEC.



Nova Minerals is focused on the exploration and development of the Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals Project in Alaska. The company also holds a $43.4 million U.S. Department of War award to develop a domestic antimony supply chain, targeted for production in late 2026 or 2027.
