Rubrik names former ServiceNow executive to lead GSI and MSP unit

Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) has appointed Amit Nehru as Group Vice President of Global System Integrators and Managed Service Providers, according to a press release from the company.

Nehru joins from ServiceNow, where he served as Vice President of Global Partnerships and Channels. During his tenure there, he sustained a 45% year-over-year growth rate for the global partners and MSP business over five consecutive years.

In his new role, Nehru will oversee Rubrik's GSI and MSP business and lead partnership strategy with global system integrators.

Alok Agrawal, Chief Solutions Officer at Rubrik, said Nehru's ability to "design and execute integrated, global Go-to-Market strategies that deliver massive revenue at scale makes him an invaluable asset."

Nehru noted that launch partners for Rubrik's AI-related initiatives include Cognizant, Deloitte, HCLTech, LTM, NTT DATA, and Wipro.

The appointment follows Rubrik's recent platform updates aimed at scaling MSP-operated cyber resilience. The company's research unit, Rubrik Zero Labs, reported that in 2025, only 28% of organizations believed they could fully recover from a cyber incident within 12 hours or less, down from 43% in 2024.
