Wiley director Mari Baker to step down after 15 years on board

John Wiley & Sons, Inc. (NYSE: WLY) announced that director Mari J. Baker notified the board on June 10, 2026, of her decision not to seek reelection at the company's annual meeting scheduled for September 24, 2026.
Baker will complete her current term as director, chair of the Executive Compensation and Development Committee, and member of the Executive Committee when it expires at the annual meeting. The company stated that Baker's decision to step down is not the result of any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies or practices.
Baker has served on the board for 15 years. Following her departure, the board size will be reduced to nine members unless modified by board resolution.
