Dauch Corporation workers ratify four-year contract at Michigan plant

Dauch Corporation (NYSE: DCH, LSE: DCH) announced that UAW Local 2093 workers at its Three Rivers Manufacturing Facility in Michigan have ratified a new four-year collective bargaining agreement.
The company, formerly known as American Axle & Manufacturing Holdings Inc., said associates at the facility returned to work, allowing regular operations to resume.
Dauch Corporation operates as a driveline and metal forming supplier for the global automotive industry, with operations spanning 24 countries and more than 175 locations. The company is headquartered in Detroit.
