Yelp names new chief product officer as current executive steps down

Yelp Inc. (NYSE: YELP) announced that Craig Saldanha will step down from his position as Chief Product Officer effective July 3, 2026. Saldanha notified the company of his decision on June 8, 2026, after serving more than four years in the role.
Akhil Kuduvalli Ramesh, currently Senior Vice President of Product at Yelp, has been appointed to succeed Saldanha as Chief Product Officer following his departure date.
The information was disclosed in a company statement.
